Instructions
- If using rolled oats, blend them in a blender until they reach a flour-like consistency.
- Add bananas, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
- Heat a griddle or pan over medium heat.
- Pour batter to form pancakes of desired size.
- Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook other side.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

- Pre-ground oat flour can be used instead of blending oats.
- Mash bananas thoroughly if not using a blender.
