20-Minute Air Fryer Crispy Tofu

Description

Irresistibly crunchy tofu made easily in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) firm or extra-firm tofu
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water.
  2. Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the tofu with soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, and olive oil.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Arrange the tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through until crispy.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use firm or extra-firm tofu. Marinating for longer can enhance flavors.
