Description
Irresistibly crunchy tofu made easily in the air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 block (14 oz) firm or extra-firm tofu
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water.
- Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the tofu with soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, and olive oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, use firm or extra-firm tofu. Marinating for longer can enhance flavors.
