Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare cake pan
- Whip eggs until light and fluffy (10-15 minutes by hand, 5-7 with mixer)
- Gradually add sugar while continuing to whip
- Sift dry ingredients together
- Gently fold dry ingredients into egg mixture
- Pour into prepared pan
- Bake until golden and springy to touch
