- 1 cup (240 ml) broccoli florets (150 grams)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced (150 grams)
- 1 cup (240 ml) snow peas (100 grams)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) ginger, minced (15 grams)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) water (30 milliliters)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sliced beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch.
- Mix well to coat the beef and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pan.
- Add the marinated beef to the pan in a single layer.
- Stir-fry the beef for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
- Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pan.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan.
- Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets, red bell pepper, and snow peas to the pan.
- Stir-fry the vegetables for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the pan with the vegetables.
- Add 2 tablespoons of water to the pan.
- Stir everything together to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Transfer the stir fry to a serving dish.
- Garnish with sliced green onions.
- Serve immediately.
