  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) cornstarch (15 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) vegetable oil (30 milliliters)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) broccoli florets (150 grams)
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced (150 grams)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) snow peas (100 grams)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) ginger, minced (15 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) water (30 milliliters)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sliced beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch.
  2. Mix well to coat the beef and set aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pan.
  5. Add the marinated beef to the pan in a single layer.
  6. Stir-fry the beef for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  7. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
  8. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pan.
  9. Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan.
  10. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  11. Add broccoli florets, red bell pepper, and snow peas to the pan.
  12. Stir-fry the vegetables for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  13. Return the beef to the pan with the vegetables.
  14. Add 2 tablespoons of water to the pan.
  15. Stir everything together to combine.
  16. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  17. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  18. Transfer the stir fry to a serving dish.
  19. Garnish with sliced green onions.
  20. Serve immediately.
