These quick and easy dinner rolls are fluffy, golden-brown, and perfect for any meal.
Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. active dry yeast
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast in a stand mixer and let it proof for 2-5 minutes.
- Add the vegetable oil, salt, egg, and flour one cup at a time.
- Mix with the stand mixer until the dough is combined.
- Let the mixer knead the dough for about 4 minutes.
- Shape the dough into 15 individual balls.
- Place the balls in a prepared baking dish and cover with a dish towel.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and let the dough rise while the oven heats.
- Bake the rolls for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and brush the tops with melted butter before serving.
Notes
For added sweetness, consider adding more sugar or honey. Experiment with herbs for additional flavor.
