- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 6-inch (15 cm) springform pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, eggs, and sugar. Mix well.
- Add the cornstarch and whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and tap it gently on the counter to release any air bubbles.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the center is puffed and the edges are slightly browned.
- Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool for 30 minutes.
- Transfer the cooled cake to the refrigerator and chill for 2 hours until firm.
- Unmold the cake and let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving.
- Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh berries just before serving.
