A festive red, white, and blue jello poke cake perfect for patriotic celebrations like 4th of July or Memorial Day.

- Eggs (as per cake mix instructions)
- Oil (as per cake mix instructions)
- Water (as per cake mix instructions)
- 1 box red gelatin
- 1 box blue gelatin
- Whipped cream or Cool Whip
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Bake cake according to package instructions in a 9×13 inch pan
- Allow cake to cool completely
- Poke holes in cake using the handle of a wooden spoon
- Prepare red and blue gelatins separately
- Pour red gelatin into half the holes, blue gelatin into other half
- Refrigerate cake for several hours
- Top with whipped cream before serving
