Description

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni
  • Spinach
  • Olive oil
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into circles.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and spinach. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place a spoonful of the filling on one half of each dough circle.
  5. Fold the dough over and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Brush the calzones with olive oil.
  7. Cook in the air fryer for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Be careful not to overfill the calzones for better sealing. Experiment with different fillings based on your preferences.
