Ingredients

Instructions
- Slice the pickles into thick slices.
- In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dip each pickle slice in the dry mixture, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the coated pickles in the basket of the air fryer and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Serve immediately as a snack or appetizer.
