Scale
- 4 medium-sized Yukon Gold potatoes, washed and quartered
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix this seasoning blend thoroughly.
- Add the quartered potatoes to the bowl, ensuring they’re evenly coated with the seasoning.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and mix until they are well covered.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
- Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving dish.
- Optional: Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, consider soaking the potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before seasoning. Adjust seasoning as desired.
