Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken breast with the mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
  4. Spray both sides of the chicken with olive oil spray.
  5. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove from air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
