- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast with the mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
- Spray both sides of the chicken with olive oil spray.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken prior to coating. Consider trying panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
