Ingredients

- Ribeye or strip steak
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Steak seasoning
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
Instructions
- Cut your chosen steak into bite-sized cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, coat the steak cubes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning.
- Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook at 400 degrees for about 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- While the steak bites cook, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat and stir in minced garlic to infuse.
- Once the steak bites are done, remove them from the air fryer and pour the garlic butter over them.
- Toss gently to coat, then serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket and adjust cooking time for desired doneness. Experiment with different seasonings for added flavor.
