- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey in a bowl.
- Add oats, vanilla extract, and baking soda. Stir well.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
For best results, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking. These cookies can be frozen for up to three months.
