Instructions
- Collect all the necessary items.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix the grated carrots with the brown sugar and let them rest for an hour. Afterward, add the raisins.
- Set your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and allow it to preheat. Prepare two 10-inch round cake pans by greasing and dusting them with flour. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl until they become pale.
