- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and frozen mixed vegetables until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Unroll the crescent rolls on top, sealing the seams.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the crescent rolls.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding garlic powder or onion powder when browning the beef. Fresh vegetables can be used instead of frozen ones.
