Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with paper liners.

- In another bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mix and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped apples.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool before serving.
