Instructions
- Prepare the apple crisp topping by combining flour, oats, and brown sugar.
- Cut in cold butter until mixture is crumbly.
- Toss sliced apples with cinnamon and spread in baking dish.
- Top with crisp mixture and bake until golden.
- Meanwhile, prepare pudding according to package directions.
- Toss banana slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Layer vanilla wafers, banana slices, and pudding.
- Top with cooled apple crisp mixture.
- Chill for 4-6 hours before serving.
