- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned. Add the diced onion and garlic, cooking until onion is soft.
- Stir in the beef broth, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and cheese, mixing until the cheese is melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve topped with crispy bacon and chopped green onions.
Notes
