  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, and seasonings in a large bowl
  3. Spread meat mixture into a rectangle on parchment paper
  4. Layer cheese in the center, leaving borders
  5. Roll the meatloaf using the parchment paper, sealing edges well
  6. Wrap with bacon slices
  7. Place in a loaf pan or baking dish
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C)
  9. Brush with barbecue sauce in the last 10 minutes
  10. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing
