Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 lime (juiced)
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix flour, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip fish fillets in buttermilk, then coat in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook fish until crispy and golden on both sides.
- Warm corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Blend avocado, sour cream, lime juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth to make avocado crema.
- Assemble tacos by placing fish, shredded cabbage, and avocado crema onto each tortilla.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
