- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for heat)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then coat it with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Toss the baked cauliflower in the sauce before serving.
