- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, ricotta, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into 16-18 evenly sized meatballs.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with marinara sauce.
