Instructions
- In a bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir well.
- Top with chopped nuts and dried fruit if using.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and enjoy cold, or heat them if preferred. Drizzle some honey on top before serving.
Notes
For creamier oats, maintain a full cup of milk; for thicker oatmeal, adjust the milk amount. Toasting nuts enhances their flavor.
