Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix yeast, warm milk, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add butter, egg, salt, and flour. Knead until smooth and elastic.
  3. Let dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Shape into rolls, place in a baking pan, and let rise again for 30 minutes.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
