- 2 ripe bananas (approximately 1 cup mashed)

- 1/3 cup maple syrup (can substitute honey)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Start by mixing the rolled oats, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Stir in the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Gently pour the wet ingredients into the dry oat mixture and stir until just combined.
- Finally, fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined baking pan and spread it evenly, pressing it down gently.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
- Let the bars cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before removing and slicing into squares.
