Ingredients
- Vermicelli noodles
- Tofu
- Soy sauce
- Thai basil leaves

Instructions
- Soak the vermicelli noodles in warm water until soft, then drain.
- In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and chopped onion; sauté until fragrant.
- Cut tofu into cubes and add to the pan, cooking until browned.
- Add sliced bell peppers and carrots, cooking until tender.
- Add the softened vermicelli noodles and soy sauce, tossing to combine.
- Stir in Thai and Holy basil leaves, and cook for another minute.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional basil if desired.
Notes
Use extra-firm tofu for better texture. Customize with your favorite vegetables or add chili peppers for spice.
