Description

BBQ Bacon Little Smokies are flavor-packed appetizers made with little smokies wrapped in crispy bacon, sweet brown sugar, and tangy BBQ sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 14-ounce package of little smokies
  • 12 slices of bacon, cut into thirds
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Wrap each sausage with a piece of bacon and place it in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top of all the sausages, pressing it into the top of the bacon pieces.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove the pan from the oven and brush with BBQ sauce.
  5. Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Allow the sausages to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For variation, try different BBQ sauces or add spices for heat. Serve with extra BBQ sauce for dipping.
