  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey lime dressing
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, 1 tbsp olive oil, and garlic powder. Add chicken cubes and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
  5. In a large bowl, combine salad greens, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
