- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch with a little water to create a sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and beef, stirring until the beef is browned.
- Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Pour the sauce over the mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
- Add the cooked lo mein noodles and toss to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and season with salt and pepper to taste.
