- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté until fragrant.
- Add the sliced beef to the pan; cook until browned.
- Stir in the broccoli and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth. Pour this sauce mixture into the skillet.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles and sesame oil. Toss to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
