  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Slice beef thinly against the grain and prepare the vegetables.
  2. Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce in a small bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
