- 2 bell peppers, sliced

- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
- Slice beef thinly against the grain and prepare the vegetables.
- Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce in a small bowl.
- Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add bell peppers and stir-fry until crisp-tender.
- Pour sauce mixture over the beef and peppers, stir to combine.
- Serve hot over steamed rice, garnished with green onions.
