- 1 lb beef (sliced thinly)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, snow peas)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef, garlic, and ginger; stir-fry until the beef is browned and cooked through.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
- Add the cooked lo mein noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with green onions.
- Serve hot.
