Description

A comforting and flavorful dish featuring stir-fried beef, vibrant vegetables, and tender lo mein noodles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 1 lb beef (sliced thinly)
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, snow peas)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced beef, garlic, and ginger; stir-fry until the beef is browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing well.
  6. Add the cooked lo mein noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with green onions.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, consider marinating the beef beforehand. Use fresh, crisp vegetables for the best texture.
