- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 lb beef steak (sliced thinly against the grain)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 inch ginger (grated)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for a minute, then add the mixed vegetables. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
- Return the beef to the pan, then add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the beef in soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes before cooking.
