Description

A comforting dish featuring tender egg noodles, flavorful beef, and vibrant vegetables stir-fried together in a rich sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb beef steak (sliced thinly against the grain)
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for a minute, then add the mixed vegetables. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Return the beef to the pan, then add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the beef in soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes before cooking.
