A quick and flavorful Beef Stir Fry with vibrant vegetables served over linguini noodles.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 8 oz linguini noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the sirloin steak into thin strips.
- Cook the linguini noodles according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the sliced sirloin steak and cook until browned.
- Add bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Pour in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the linguini and toss it in the skillet with the beef and vegetables.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Slice the beef against the grain for tenderness. Add vegetables in stages based on cooking time for best results.
