Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak
  • 8 oz linguini noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the sirloin steak into thin strips.
  2. Cook the linguini noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add the sliced sirloin steak and cook until browned.
  6. Add bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  7. Pour in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Drain the linguini and toss it in the skillet with the beef and vegetables.
  9. Serve hot.
