- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Slice beef thinly against the grain and marinate with 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Mix remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine, and sesame oil for the sauce
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat
- Stir-fry beef in batches until browned, about 2-3 minutes
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds
- Pour in sauce and simmer until slightly thickened
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot
