Ingredients
- For the Crust:
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Melted butter
- Sugar
- For the Filling:
- Cream cheese, softened
- Sugar
- Eggs
- Vanilla extract
- Sour cream
- For the Topping:
- Fresh strawberries
- Sugar
- Cornstarch
- Water
Instructions
- Prepare the springform pan with parchment paper
- Mix graham cracker crust ingredients and press into pan
- Beat cream cheese until smooth
- Add remaining filling ingredients
- Pour into prepared crust
- Bake in water bath
- Cool gradually in oven
- Prepare strawberry topping
- Chill completely before serving
