Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced ham, celery, and onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pickle relish, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the ham mixture and stir until well combined.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve on bread for sandwiches or on a bed of lettuce for a salad.
