Ingredients

- 8 ounces pasta (rotini or penne)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, olives, feta cheese, and red onion.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
