Instructions
- Collect all necessary items. Set the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and allow it to heat up. Coat two 8×4-inch loaf pans with grease and a dusting of flour.
- In a sizable bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon by sifting them together.
- In another large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend the eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla until they are well mixed; then incorporate the flour mixture and mix thoroughly.
