Description

A fresh, fun twist on classic Big Mac flavors, these rice paper rolls are filled with tender proteins and vibrant veggies.

Ingredients

  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Lean ground beef or turkey
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Pickles
  • Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • Onion (finely chopped)
  • Thousand Island dressing or a tangy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the lean protein in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare the rice paper wrappers by soaking them in warm water until pliable.
  3. Lay out a wrapper and place a small amount of cooked protein and a variety of veggies (lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, cheese) in the center.
  4. Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing.
  5. Fold in the sides of the wrapper and roll it up tightly.
  6. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  7. Serve with extra sauce for dipping.

Notes

Keep rice paper wrappers damp with a towel to prevent them from drying out. Try adding sesame seeds for extra crunch.
