Ingredients
- Rice paper wrappers
- Ground lean beef or turkey
- Shredded lettuce
- Chopped onions
- Pickles
- Sliced tomatoes
- Cheddar cheese (optional)
- Mustard
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Prepare the rice paper wrappers according to package instructions.
- On each wrapper, layer cooked meat, lettuce, onions, pickles, tomatoes, and cheese if using.
- Drizzle with mustard, ketchup, and mayonnaise.
- Roll the rice paper tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Slice in half and serve with additional sauce for dipping.
