Ingredients

  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Ground lean beef or turkey
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Chopped onions
  • Pickles
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Mustard

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare the rice paper wrappers according to package instructions.
