- 8 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 dill pickles, sliced
- For the Special Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Mix all special sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Warm tortillas according to package instructions.
- Spread special sauce on each tortilla.
- Layer with seasoned ground beef, lettuce, onions, cheese, and pickle slices.
- Roll up tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Optional: Grill the wraps briefly to seal and warm through.
