Description
A creamy and sweet Biscoff fudge that combines white chocolate and Biscoff spread for a melt-in-your-mouth texture.
Ingredients

- 397 g (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 400 g (2 cups + 3 tbsp) white chocolate
- 100 g (½ cup) Biscoff spread
- 0.5 tsp salt (optional)
- 130 g (1 cup + ⅓ cup) Biscoff biscuits
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a large bowl, using a microwave or a bain-marie, until smooth and glossy.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, Biscoff spread, and optional salt to the bowl. Mix until fully combined.
- Set aside 4-5 Biscoff biscuits, crush the remaining biscuits roughly and mix them into the fudge mixture.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the lined 8″ x 8″ tray and spread it evenly.
- Break up the reserved Biscoff biscuits and sprinkle them over the top of the fudge. Gently press them in to stick.
- Chill the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before cutting it into pieces.
Notes
For a different texture, consider mixing in marshmallows, nuts, or cocoa powder. Serve with tea or coffee for an enjoyable treat.
