Description

A creamy and sweet Biscoff fudge that combines white chocolate and Biscoff spread for a melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 397 g (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 400 g (2 cups + 3 tbsp) white chocolate
  • 100 g (½ cup) Biscoff spread
  • 0.5 tsp salt (optional)
  • 130 g (1 cup + ⅓ cup) Biscoff biscuits

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a large bowl, using a microwave or a bain-marie, until smooth and glossy.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk, Biscoff spread, and optional salt to the bowl. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Set aside 4-5 Biscoff biscuits, crush the remaining biscuits roughly and mix them into the fudge mixture.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the lined 8″ x 8″ tray and spread it evenly.
  5. Break up the reserved Biscoff biscuits and sprinkle them over the top of the fudge. Gently press them in to stick.
  6. Chill the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before cutting it into pieces.

Notes

For a different texture, consider mixing in marshmallows, nuts, or cocoa powder. Serve with tea or coffee for an enjoyable treat.
