Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 cup green bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup red bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the sliced onions and peppers, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Add black pepper and water, stirring to combine and create a sauce.
  6. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes before serving hot.
