  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and black pepper, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
