- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, buttermilk, and the egg.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries and lemon juice.
- Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface and shape into rolls.
- Place rolls in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar with milk to make a glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls before serving.
Notes
For best results, let the dough rest after mixing to create a tender roll. Use fresh blueberries for juiciness.
