Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Mix cottage cheese, eggs, and maple syrup in a large bowl
- Fold in the blueberries
- Prepare streusel by combining oats, flour, and brown sugar, then cut in cold butter
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish
- Top with streusel
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set
