Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cubed bread, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins (if using), and melted butter in a large bowl. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

- Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth for the vanilla sauce.
- Serve the warm bread pudding drizzled with the vanilla sauce.
