- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (15 ml)
- 4 eggs, room temperature, lightly beaten (4 eggs, room temperature, lightly beaten)
- 4 strips of beef bacon, cooked (4 strips of beef bacon, cooked)
- 1 field tomato, seeded and diced (1 field tomato, seeded and diced)
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated (30 g cheddar cheese, grated)
- 2 soft flour tortillas (2 soft flour tortillas)
- salt and pepper to taste (salt and pepper to taste)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil over medium heat in a medium-sized pan.
- Pour in the eggs and stir them gently until scrambled.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on your countertop and evenly distribute the scrambled eggs onto the middle of each tortilla.
- Place two pieces of beef bacon on top of each portion of eggs.
- Sprinkle the diced tomatoes between the tortillas, followed by the grated cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them tightly into wraps.
- Place the wraps on a griddle and heat them until the cheese is melted, approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Slice them in half and enjoy.
