- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- In a skillet over medium heat, place one slice of bread butter-side down.
- Layer with a slice of cheese, followed by the buffalo chicken mixture, and then another slice of cheese.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Grill until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side, ensuring the cheese melts.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
For extra texture, consider adding sliced jalapeños or crispy fried onions. You can also mix buffalo sauce with ranch dressing for a unique flavor twist.
